How does the custom jewelry process work ?

Each piece is thoughtfully designed based on your preferences. After placing your order, you’ll complete a short questionnaire describing your style, personality, and aesthetic. Your jewelry is then created exclusively for you, inspired by your answers.

Are the jewelry designs completely unique ?

Our creations are personalized rather than entirely new designs invented from scratch. Through the questionnaire, you share your style, preferences, and personality. Our design team then selects and refines the design that best reflects you. Your piece is then created specifically for you in our workshop, and adjustments can be made to ensure it aligns with your vision.

This approach allows us to offer meaningful, personalized jewelry while maintaining accessible pricing and exceptional quality.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with my piece ?

At Maison Anichat, each piece is designed uniquely based on the answers you provide in your questionnaire. Once your design is created, we send you a photo for approval — this is your chance to provide feedback or request minor adjustments.

After the piece is finalized and crafted, we are unable to accept returns or changes, as each jewelry piece is completely custom-made. This process ensures that your piece is truly one-of-a-kind and reflects your personal story.

Will my jewelry be exactly the same as the images shown on the website ?

The images displayed on our website represent design concepts and stylistic inspiration. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order, meaning slight variations may occur — this is what makes your jewelry truly unique and personal.

Can I request changes to my custom piece ?

Yes. Once your design concept is defined, an adjustment is possible to ensure the final piece aligns with your expectations. Our goal is for you to love what you wear.

How long does it take to create my jewelry ?

Because each piece is made to order, production typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the design. You’ll receive an email update once your piece is ready to ship.

What materials do you use ?

Our jewelry is crafted using carefully selected materials designed to balance beauty, durability, and elegance. We work with high-quality materials such as sterling silver (925), 14k/18k gold filled , and gold-vermeil components, selected for their durability, beauty, and comfort for everyday wear. We also offer some custom options with stainless steel material.

Can other people purchase a design created for me ?

You may choose to allow your design to be featured on our website. If selected, it may be available for others to purchase under the name of its original muse. This option is entirely optional.

Do you offer returns or exchanges ?

Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, custom pieces are final sale. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship or quality, please contact us — we are committed to making things right.
