Personalized Items

All Maison Anichat jewelry is made to order and personalized.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items once production has begun.

Please make sure all information provided in the questionnaire is accurate before completing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize.

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

• Please include clear photos of the issue

• Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Personalized jewelry

• Items created based on a completed questionnaire

• Sale or promotional items

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, and only if production has not yet started.

After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.
